Students can start recreational ballet classes from the age of three, attending once a week for 45 minutes. These classes encourage freedom of expression through the use of imagery and structured improvisation, exploring the elements of dance in an imaginative way. Rhythmic movement sequences, sometimes incorporating singing, are taught to develop co-ordination skills.

At the age of 5 students are prepared for their Cecchetti Examinations and are requested to come in twice a week for an hour each time.

The first exam being at Primary level leading up to all major professional examinations Intermediate, Advanced I, Advanced II and Associate Diploma. The major students attend three times a week, covering four to five hours per week.

The School offers training in Classical Ballet for boys but with a more athletic approach.
